When not in class, we enjoy going around and seeing all of the sites. I was especially fond of the Saturday afternoon we spent baking on the beach.
This is the beach we went to after lunch on Saturday. It's Sunset Bay and absolutely beautiful. Needless to say, a few of us came back sunburned.
We also went exploring on a path through the woods at OIMB. We decided that the only thing lacking was a bunch of dinosarus. The extremely large ferns and skunk cabbage looked like it came straight out of a Jurassic Park movie. We did see a porcupine however.

That is so ironic. We just watched Jurassic Park and I was wondering where in the world you can find the kind of plants and scenery they had in the movie. I know the movie wasn't filmed in Oregon, but it still looks alot like it!
